Deposit covers a broken or missing items and damage to any part of the property or furnishings. Also would cover extra unauthorized guest fees over 4 guests or cleaning if guests leave the accommodation in poor order. Guests shall report any damage or breakage during the stay. All deposits will be returned upon departure assuming there are no damages. No deposit at this time.

Infants are allowed but the home is not childproofed. Guests assume all reponsibility.


A door code will be provided before your arrival. The door code will only be valid between check-in date and time and check-out date and time. Usually the last 4 digits of your phone #. Checking in is as simple as 1,2,3. 
1. When you arrive at the front door, simply touch the screen on the door lock and 2 numbers will appear. 
2. Press those 2 numbers and the entire screen will light.3.  Enter your 4-digit code.  
No losing keys ever! 
Your code will become available for use at 4:00 PM on the date of your arrival. 
Whenever you leave you can lock the door by pressing the lock icon on the keypad. 
We are notified when door is unlocked for check-in and no check-in notification is needed at the time of arrival.

We can provide a pack-n-play and high chair upon request for no additional charge, Guests are responsible for child safety.

No events, parties or gatherings. Space is for registered guests only. Approved unregistered guests only for visits and not to use the lake fishing or pool. Any unapproved events, parties or gatherings will result in the reservation being canceled without any refund.

I am usually out of town, but can be reached very easily. Please do not hesitate to call for any problems or issues with the property at (909)471-3113.

Whole house water filtration/water softner.

We have pack-n-play crib & high chair.

Even though we do not accept pets, service animals (No Therapy Pets) are welcome. They must have a current vaccination record and can not be left alone in the unit for any reason. Strictly enforced and can result in your reservation being canceled without refund.

We use a Nest integrated system that when significant smoke is detected the AC will shut down.

Includes smoking, vaping or marijuana indoors. Smoking is permitted in the pool area.

Smart tv is a LG 65"  in the Living Room that has Netflix and Prime already to go!

We love hosting our guests from everywhere and love to travel ourselves. Our mission is to provide the most comfortable stay in a place that feels like home! We are usually adding some new things to our place and photos will change from time to time.
